Based on certain role can we enable email client option?

Do we need any role ,who can access email client or all can see/use it. Please provide a solution.

Hi Sirisha,

Access to the email client is determined by a set of roles, see docs page below

The email_composer role makes the email option available, this role is inherited from the itil role by default

There is an ACL called EmailClientProcessor, where you can add roles which should be allowed to use the Email Client button
