Hi @Bryan Heffernan - unfortunately posting blogs is restricted to certain members of the community only, e.g. ServiceNow staff, MVPs and Rising Stars.

 

But just use the 'Ask a question' option even it you're not asking a question. That's the best (and only) work around.

I agree with you, but in past, I saw a few cases where the user was not Rising Star or MVP but still got access to post a blog.
