button on workspace

Hello, I created a UI action  button called create feedback in the workspace, the only problem is that it doesn't work, there is the button, now the code has to operate on a table that I created from scratch and it is called u_support feedback. I would like to know what is wrong with my code?

Hello @yardenKrispel,

 

I don't know for sure. But are u sure there is the function feedback in the context menu of the workspace? If there's none. Then It shouldn't be possible to create an UI action in the workspace. 

Now! After u create an UI action in a context, I think u have to link the action with the corresponding table. So, that's maybe the reason why the button appears but don't operate as you wish. 

 

I'm new with ServiceNow. But I hope my answers give you some hints, how you could solve your bugs.

Is your button taking you to new Feedback record/form?

What happen when you click on the button?
