Callout error in tour

Hi Team,

Iam getting error on HR workspace,"This callout preview is not available on this page. Please go to page: now/hr/agent/case-creation-page to view the callout"

Have you tried opening it in particular application scope

Try it in incognito mode.

Check in diff instances test/dev/prod is it there and opening correctly or not.

Clear the cache too

@preethigovi, it seems the callout you added in your tour is not present on this page.

You may need to update the tour step with the correct URL.

Alternatively, if you want to ignore the error message for now, you can skip this particular step. In that case, the tour will simply skip the step and proceed with the action configured ("on click" ) or whatever.
