Hi Team,
Can a guest user access a public knowledge article or a knowledge base .?
If I try to access the for particular article directly trough URL, it is asking for SSO login?
Any Idea or suggestion will help me a lot.
We are on Helsinki.
Thanks.

There's an article in the wiki about making a KB public, permitting anonymous access so that no login is required to view the content.
I don't have the link to hand, but a quick search on the documentation should find it.

I think this is what you're looking for: ServiceNow KB: Enabling public access to a v3 knowledge base (KB0564169)
Additionally, article level user criteria is only available as of Istanbul release. If you are pre-Istanbul, you will have to make sure that your KB, not just the article, is available to the public. Check the 'Can Read' criteria on the Knowledge Base which contains the article.
