Can I use domain separation unsupported app on domain separated instance?

Hello.

There are some domain separation unsupported apps such as Contract, Expense Line(really???).

But when I create new record on those table, sys_domain fileds are updated with user's current domain properly.

Is that ok to use like this?

or is there something that I have to adjust for using these domain separation unsupported apps?
