Can't find KM Subscription: Article publish notification

Hi Community,

I want users to receive a notification when a knowledge article is created in a subscribed knowledge base. I have checked docs, I understand I need to have these plugins installed

  1. Knowledge Management Core plugin (com.glideapp.knowledge)

  2. Knowledge Management Advanced plugin (com.snc.knowledge_advanced)

I got these plugins installed, however, I can't find the notification KM Subscription: Article publish. Can you please assist, I don't know how I am not seeing this notification. Is there any gap in my knowledge?

It is not in our instance (Vancouver) either.
