Can't get/install Release Management v2 plugin

I can't find/see the Release Management v2 (com.snc.release_management_v2) to install it in my PDI. I need to be able to see/show it to compare and contrast the capabilities verses Digital Product Release. It just isn't in the plugin list.

Yes, V2 is no longer available on PDI , as it is going to sunset. DPR is new one which replaced V2 Release.

I discovered that the only way to get the plugin now was to install Agile 2.0. It will auto install RM v2 as part of that package so you can still use it.
