We're working on our Virtual Agent Teams integration and have run into an issue where search results links from the VA don't work in the Teams client. You can click the link and a Teams modal/pop-up is displayed, but it never loads anything.
For example, here are some results:
If I click on ServiceNow Group Creation, this is all I get (Ivy is the name of our virtual agent):
I'm not sure if that's a Teams issue (ie Teams is locked/restricted in some way) or something in ServiceNow. The link that appears to be opening is:
Any tips/thoughts/pointers?

This is exactlywhat I was looking for! I cannot believe I never came across that knowledge article in all the searching I did before I posted. Can't say I searched for "non-video content," though. 🙂
