Career Assessment - Exam - Exam instance - unable to Delete/Modify records

Currently have some records in the exam instance what is the approach to deleting or modifying the records.
All Actions are all greyed out.
searching the web for "ServiceNow Exam...." doesn't help 😅

Hi, based on your screenshot you are in global scope and the ACL is in Career Assessment Application scope.
I would not recommend modifying the ACL, if you must then try setting correct scope first.
