Carousel widget not displayed

Hi everyone !

I'm actually trying to display OOTB Carousel Widget (without any modification) on the Service portal home page.

Unfortunatly, the Carousel is not displayed 😞

As you can see below, I've correctly (I think) added the instance of the widget on the Home Page...

Could anyone tell me where I'm wrong ?

Just to confirm are you sure about the page & portal where it is added is being tested.

How are you trying to check the same.

Hi Jaspal,

I'm not sure to understand your question, but when I'm on my home Page, I access to the page designer through Ctrl + right clic.

I have added my widget by setting a new container below the search part.

Does it answer your question ?

Thanks. That helps.

All you need now is to ensure you have images added.

1. In the page designer click below

3. Navigate to the bottom & in the Related list named Carousel Slide add images by clicking NEw.
