Carousel widget not displayed

Hi everyone !

I'm actually trying to display OOTB Carousel Widget (without any modification) on the Service portal home page.

Unfortunatly, the Carousel is not displayed 😞

As you can see below, I've correctly (I think) added the instance of the widget on the Home Page...

Could anyone tell me where I'm wrong ?

Thanks. That helps.

All you need now is to ensure you have images added.

1. In the page designer click below

3. Navigate to the bottom & in the Related list named Carousel Slide add images by clicking NEw.

For more information, I've inspected my page, and i can see my carousel, but it's still not displayed 😞

The carousal slides works in the below hierarchy

Each Page has its own instance for carousal widget

Slides are attached to the carousal widget instance
When you add a Carousal widget to a new page, new instance will be created in the carousal table
When you check the new widget instance will not have any slides
You need to go to Slides table and change the desired instance(associated to your page)
