Case and incident template

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone please help me regarding few requirements. Is there something similar Work Order Template for cases and incident table. 

We don't want to use template present on form rather there should be separate template table like work order template .

In my idea you could try to achieve this with record producers. You can define the fields, that should be pre-defined.
