catalog form is loading very slow

Why catalog form is loading very slow on Service Portal and even on when opening RITM and SCTASK as well.

Is this all all catalog forms or just 1 particular form?

Replies by others are based on 1 particular form being slow. If all catalog forms are loading slowly, check platform performance metrics. Instance performance will decrease if there are long running jobs. Also, check network performance between the end-user pc and ServiceNow.
