Catalog Tasks not showing up on my RITM on a service catalog item

Hello,
I have updated a service catalog item and the workflow to generate multiple tasks if multiple options are selected. My catalog tasks are not showing up when I test the form can anyone help? It has to do with if a user checks any of the access requests types on the form. If one or any of them are selected service catalog tasks should show under the RITM but they aren't showing if anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate it! I have searched and found other examples of this error but still cannot find a solution.

Hi Kayla,
Your screen shots indicate that the Approval has not yet been completed, so the workflow won't move on to any further activities. Once you Approve the RITM, what does the running workflow show - if you click on Show Workflow at the bottom of the RITM? Does each If activity complete normally (blue) and does it follow the expected path with each test case (checked/unchecked)? If it makes it this far, are the Catalog Task activities that are reached green (in progress)?

The blue line shows the path that the RITM followed, so no tasks were reached because each If activity resulted in No. What do those activities/scripts look like?
