Catalog variables not visible on Service portal

Hi all,

We have a catalog item which not rendering/showing variables on service portal, Its showing catalog item title and description on the form not the variables. When we use "Try It" button on catalog item form, all variables are visible. The visible on guide is also true.

Let me know how are you accessing the catalog form. Please share the complete URL used in the Portal as well (hide your instance details from the URL)

Hi Palani,

I'm accessing catalog firm by searching the catalog item in search on service portal. Here is the URL :- xxxx.service-now.com/sp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=

I'm able to search catalog item, but when I click on it, It only shows it's name and description. All variables are not shown.

Were you able to resolve the issue?  We are having a similar issue.

Visible on Guide is checked

Visible Elsewhere is checked

We've tried recreating the variables.

Hi All,

I got same issues and I gone through Snow community. I tried with below options and it worked for me.

***check its associate catalog UI policy and client script which having UI type as ALL***

for this goto section part of UI policy "script" then "Run scripts in UI type" and make as "All" it should help you.
