I am trying to go to OOB again with the prefix of the HR Case (sn_hr_core_case) table. If I change the prefix from 'HRD' to 'HRC' I am getting the following error message: "The prefix HRC collides with the prefix of an existing record". I am setting the renumbering value very high so there is no multiple case number. If I go to the Number Maintenance, there are now two prefixes voor de HR Case table, one prefix 'HRC' for the old HR Case (hr_case) and 'HRD' for the scoped HR Case (sn_hr_core_case) table. This prefix I want to change back into 'HRC'.
Can anyone explain, why I am getting this error?
