Request to change the sender's email address of CSAT Survey forms instead of XYC

I have been provided a solution but unsure i where to go to update / change this address

Solution

Please change the "From" address of the survey notification (e.g. XYX) and remove the watermark if not already done. (The address will be a fake/spoof address)

Hi Shane,

For the From address. Navigate to notifications & look for corresponding Survey notification that is sent.

Open the same & look for From field in What it will contains tab. Update it to the From label you need.

For watermark there is a system property. Follow doc link for a check & update.
