Change the details shown in sys_popup for a reference field in Portal

There's a client requirement where we needed to lessen the details shown when user clicks on the "i" icon for a reference field in Portal. It shows a lot of details including links users can click on and the customer wants to limit that. I found a post in the community that mentions creation of sys_popup,[view] however it seems to be only updating the view of sys_popup in UI platform view and not in Portal. Where can we configure the changes if we want to update the sys_popup in Portal?

Hi @ryev_a_

Ignore this <I have found this KB article , it includes customization so do give it a try in your PDI before implementing this in client instance- How to configure the sys_popup for Service Portal - Support and Troubleshooting>

There is system property - glide.service_portal.reference.use_sys_popup_view , make this "true" and it should work

Customer decided to just disable the "i" icon or the information button. I have found the solution in the community where Theme CSS is being updated.

Thanks for the responses
