Hi,
Can anyone advise as to how I can increase the sound or notification more visible to the Service Desk. Staff can potentially be waiting for more than 8 minutes for a response becuase Service Desk operations are not aware that there is someone waiitng on chat. Appreciate advice.

Maybe you should try replacing the default connect audio notification sound with an audio file of your choice if it is still on default notification. The Admin role is required for that thou, follow the below steps to change the audio file:
- Find the System UI > Audio Files.
- Have the audio file you want to use as chat alert and copy the Name value.
- Find the panel Collaborate > Administration > Properties.
- Find the property called Audio file to play to notify users of new messages, support conversation transfers and @mentions in Connect (connect.notification.audio_alert) and replace the default value with the name of the audio file.
- Click Save
That could spring the notification sound back to life, make sure to choose audio file with high bitrate like 320 Kbps
