Clarification on Business Stakeholder and Submitter License Capabilities

We currently have multiple applications built-in App Engine and are looking to better understand how we can leverage the Business Stakeholder license. Specifically, I’d like to know what capabilities are available under this license.

I understand that an App Engine Fulfiller license is required to perform tasks within the application. However, for users who only need to:

  • View requests or dashboards
  • Approve or reject requests
  • Reply to their own tickets

— would the Business Stakeholder license be sufficient?

I’m a bit unclear on the full capabilities of the Business Stakeholder license. Is there an official article or documentation you can point me to?

Additionally, I have one more question:

  • Does the “Save as Draft” feature for end users submitting a ticket require a license, or is this covered under the Submitter role/license?

Hi @Fathima1

  • Does the “Save as Draft” feature for end users submitting a ticket require a license, or is this covered under the Submitter role/license?
  • Atul: No, end user can submit or make any request in draft without any licence.
