I'm running a POC for AI control tower for a client whom has Enterprise Claude.
As part of this I'm pulling usage data into SN. I have successfully got Models, Skills, MCPs and Usage data into SN.
However, I've discovered the AI usage/adoption reports within AI control tower only pull data from Now Assist usage tables, and not the discovered usage table.
Has anyone crossed this bridge? Do I simply push the usage records over to 'sys_gen_ai_usage_log'? This doesn't look correct.
This be sold as single pane of glass for all AI usage and compliance, surely that means the reporting isn't limited to a single internal AI?
any help would be appreciated.
Please only reply if you can provide genuine input from experience, I already know how to google and ask AI 🙂
