Cloud Capacity in Subscription Management
Cloud capacity is the storage (in TB) included in your ServiceNow subscription. Subscription Management shows how much you've purchased, how much you're using, and which instances are driving growth, so you can manage your data before it becomes an overage.
🆕 WHAT'S NEW
Storage is now pooled across your account
Before
Each instance had its own capped storage allocation.
Now
For Shared Environment accounts, your total TB storage entitlement is pooled at the account level, so you can use it across any instance. Your total entitlement hasn't changed.
When it applies
Automatically with the Brazil release. On Zurich or Australia, you can opt in by upgrading Subscription Management v2 to version 6.5 or later.
What you may notice
Usage shown at the account level, potentially fewer flagged storage overages, and a different report layout. No reconfiguration is needed.
🖥 WHERE TO FIND IT
The Cloud capacity dashboard
Go to Admin > Subscription Management > Subscriptions > Cloud capacity to see:
📦 Total purchased pooled capacity: your account-level storage entitlement
📈 Used pool capacity: current usage across all instances
✅ Available pool capacity: what's remaining, or any overage
🖥 Instance breakdown: used capacity for each instance
📋 Contributing subscriptions: every subscription that adds to your total
🔧 MANAGE YOUR DATA
