Following the discovery process, we are seeing under the "Servers" grouping the various servers as related to OS. However, when we check under the Database Services listing there are no servers listed. In our environment it would be very helpful to see all of our servers by OS and by database type. Does anyone have any thoughts as to the best way to approach this issue?
Thanks!

If using ServiceNow discovery the databases are captured as Database Instances. Check under here to see if you are building these CI types. You can also open up a known Database server's record and review the related items to see what Runs on it.

I have the same question. We are currently creating database instance CIs as part of discovery and they are showing in the relationships of the Host CI. But we also would like a record created or a tag set on the DB host CI and have it show under the Out THE BOX UI "Database Servers" section.
Is there an OTTB way to do this as ServiceNow included a Helsinki UI section specifically for this? It seem that there should be.
Thoughts?
