cmn_notif_device table - primary email address is empty

Do you have any idea what causing of cmn_notif_device - primary email address is empty? I have tried to check my new personal instance but didn't find any empty email address.

Are you saying no users have a Primary Email Address?

There's a business rule that creates the Primary Email Address once a user is created: Create Primary Email Device

Hi @Ashley Snyder - the screenshot I provide is from my personal instance, on our company instance, we have 200k records with no primary email address where we can't find what is causing on this since some users reported that they can't receive any email notifications.

It sounds like something wiped out those records, have you checked 'Deleted Records' or have any development dealing with that table occurring?

In addition to this, I have checked the said business rule from our companies instance then compare to my SNow personal instance, they're just the same.
