I have set-up the Compliance in CMDB Health Dashboard for Windows and Linux Servers( both Physical and Virtual), and ran the scheduled job for Compliance.

The Compliance Scorecard displays as 60/24359. The percentage is shown as 99%

Can you please help me understand what does 60 and 24359 values indicate respectively? Also how the score is taken as 99%?

Kindly refer to the attachment which shows the Compliance Scorecard displaying the above results

Hi -- As you see on the CMDB Health Dashboard, there is 1 large overall metric and 3 sub-metrics (which collectively make up the overall health).   1 of those three, Compliance, reflects auditing values of CIs.   Auditing 'desired' values for attributes you set, via Filters/Templates.  The desired values are compared against the actual values of each CI in the class you've selected (like servers as you mentioned)

One place to manage the details of the 3 sub metrics (Correctness, Compliance, Completeness) is in the CI Class Manager.   These 3 "widgets" represent metrics that define CMDB Health. Each widget has a drill down capability for detailed reports. The big percentages show the percent of healthy CIs to unhealthy CIs. The smaller percentages below are the opposite, showing the percent of unhealthy CIs as compared to healthy CIs.   The metrics for classes and their respective metrics are defined by configurations under Configuration > Health Preferences and Configuration > CI Class Manager.
