Confluence - Search Content action as part of the Flow is in Not Run state

Hi, As part of my requirement I need to display the Knowledge base/pages from Confluence in the ServiceNow. As part of this integration, I have set up the Confluence cloud spoke, which resulted in successful installation of Confluence spoke at ServiceNow. When I test the 'Search Content' action, passing the query as 'space = TS' (I created one in the Confluence), it gives the JSON output. Same action, when I am using as part of the test flow in flow designer, it is not running and shows as Not Run. Any suggestions over here.

Need inputs on why this action is not getting triigered/run?

I don't know if it's an option for you, but have you considered using Documate instead of Confluence? Documate is a ServiceNow application that integrates its content into the search results of the Portal/Employee Center and also in the contextual search of tasks to help with ticket deflection.

This means that not only simplifies your work as you don't have to create and maintain complex integrations but also saves you the money of the transactions that would be needed otherwise to retrieve information from Confluence.
