Contextual Search not displaying on Incident Form

Hi All,
So slight issue. We are looking to enable Contextual Search for our Incident (and Request) forms. Somehow we have disabled this from showing on the incident form (and other forms) which we are now looking to reverse - only trouble is I cannot find out how we did this.
When the Incident form loads, I can see the "Contextual Search Result" appear briefly and the it disappears. I have checked the following:
- Client Scripts on the Incident Form
- UI Policies on the Incident Form
- Contextual Search > Table Configuration > Have selected the Incident record > Ensured the "Enable related search box" is selected
- Contextual Search > Properties > Ensured the "Shows Meta Data on form contextual search results" is selected
Does anyone know how this might be "hidden" on the form?

HI,
Have you removed it from Form layout? This is a formatter so check the formatter as well. Formatter calls UI marco.

Hi Ashutosh,
I have removed it from the form multiple times, saved and re-added with no luck 😞
Not 100% sure what you mean with regards to the formatter and calling the UI Macro?

Ah man,
So everything was there - Just needed to click the "Show Related Search" UI Macro 😞
