Creating Custom Field inside the Position[sn_hr_core_position] table in Human Resource Core Scope

Hi ServiceNow Community,

I have created some custom fields inside the Position[sn_hr_core_position] table in Human Resource Core Scope as part of the business requirements. But for some reason it wont let me click- 'design the form' button in the Related Links section, so I can design the fields appropriately as needed. Any Suggestions?
