Hello,
I am new to the Service Portal interface and was hoping to see if it will fit the needs for a function our company would like to create. We have multiple customers who we monitor security incidents for. We would like to give dashboard like access to each customer, allowing them to have access to statistics, a service catalog and knowledge base associated only with their data.
I know that by default the service portal URL is company.service-now.com/sp, can multiple portals be created with a separate url path for each customer?
Thank you for any guidance!
Kyle

Hi Kyle,
You can give your customers their own dashboards.
Giving them their own portals will be too much work.

Roehl,
Thank you for the advice. If separate dashboards are created, can separate knowledge bases and service catalogs also be created associated to each dashboard? It is important that the clients do not see each other's information.
Thank you,
kyle

Hi Kyle,
There is no need to give each customer their own knowledge base and service catalog. Simply control what data will be available for each customers. There are several ways to do this in ServiceNow.
