what are the Steps to create a new lookup for Catalog Task and define Data Lookup definitions??

Yes Based on "Approval" and "State" i have to populated the "Priority"   field in Catalog Task.

Please advice??

Hi Kumar,

Please refer to the instructions in the first link I posted about data lookup and record matching. The example about incident applies to the catalog task as well. You simply choose a different table.
