Data Source is pulling only 1000 records from LDAP server

Hi Guys,

I have connected to LDAP server and then created OU definitions. I also created data source for it and then when i click on 'Load all records' , SNOW is pulling only 1000 records. 

 

I have enabled 'paging' but it doesn't help. LDAP OU definition i cannot be able to create smaller queries as there might be lot of records.

I raised SNOW support case and they are unable to provide root cause of the issue and they pointed me to below link

to create LDAP v3 pagination. What is this LDAP V3 Pagination?

 

If anyone came across this issue, please let me know.

Sorry for dumb here.  I have clicked on 'Load all records' in data source and it returns 1000 records. As you say it would have loaded the data in multiple result sets. Where can i look the data?

 

When i click on loaded data, i can still see 1000 records alone in the load. Where can i see the multiple result sets?

 

Also i have enabled a concurrent import on the scheduled import as well to load as multiple sets but still it loads 1000 records only.

Hi Suresh, If you are still here I wondered how you got around this, I have exactly the smae problem with 3400 active users and always less than 1000 rows received to the ldap query. 

funnily enough before enabling concurrent import in the scheduled import my results were always just below 1000 however with it ticked the results are split to exactly 1000 4x250..
