Database views is not showing records but showing the count

Database views is not showing records but showing the count.

Below are the where clause i have used.

I have made that clause i.e sys_user_group to active=false.Now i have only 3 clauses

Please include all 4 tables and use the updated where clause

update where clause for sys_user_group as this

usergrp_parent=grpmem_group
