Dedicated VIP for Custom URL

This is for Custom URL configuration.

Is the dedicated VIP different from the IP address that we get from hi service portal?

If yes, how do we get dedicated VIP for our instance?

Hi Ganesh,

Most, if not all, ServiceNow instances have already been migrated to dedicated VIP and the IP you get in HI is the dedicated one you can use for custom URLs. However, I would still recommend the you open a HI ticket to get a confirmation from support about the specific instance you're working with.
