Description of table fields

Hi everybody,

do any of you know if there is a comprehensive list or something, with a description of all fields for the most common ServiceNow tables? Docs has some pages like "Important Task table fields" but there aren't very many fields described. What I want to find is something like this:

Thanks for your reply but I'm looking for information about the ServiceNow fields, not how to make a table!

I haven't seen a list with description of tables in ServiceNow but have found the following page to be useful in knowing often used tables.
