To display attachments in AI Search results, I've selected index_attachments = True in Knowledge's Indexed Source.
In “Field Settings & Mapping,” I've mapped ‘text’ and “short_description” to the same field.
When searching the portal, attachments appear in the results, which is good.
However, clicking the link downloads the file.
Furthermore, clicking “View Record” navigates to the “form” page.
When clicking the link, I want to open the knowledge article with the attached file directly on the portal.
Also, I would like to hide the “View Record” option if possible.
If there is a way to achieve this, please let me know.
