When you Insert an image in an article. It becomes part of the Managed attached document.
When the display attachment link is ticked. All attachments display in the article including the image inserted.
Is there a way to hide the inserted image from the KB article , see screen shot. I don't want Image 1 and 2 to be displayed because it was inserted in the Article. Please who has a solution on how to hide the inserted image

Hi @osuntuyik,
I'm not sure which of these two could it be but please try to check one or another to see any difference:
And let me know how did you progress

When you uncheck display attachment, all the attachment disappears, but I want to remove only the image 1 and image 2 from the attachment because they were inserted into the body of the article

Hi @osuntuyik and if you navigate to the article in the backend you cannot remove it from there?

Hi @osuntuyik
when you is creating an article with attachments you will see two flag box
Attachment Link
* Function: This option is for automatically downloading the attached file.
* Behavior: When a user accesses an article with "Attachment link" checked, the system bypasses the article view and instead prompts the user to download the file directly.
Display Attachments
* Function: This option is for showing a list of attachments within the article view.
* Behavior: When "Display attachments" is checked, the attachments appear as clickable links at the bottom of the article text. Users can then choose to open or download the files.
