Developer instance is offline from past 10 days

Hello, Servicenow PDI is offline from past 10 days. How to contact support to resolve this?

 

Or anyone facing similar issue?

Hi @Community Alums ,

 

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

 

  1. Wait, it might come online again
  2. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. 

Based on that it has been offline for 10 days, I would recommend you to go with option two.
