Hi Experts,
I am searching for some information about Now Platform, how to enable this feature?
Is it a separate instance or is it a plugin ?
What is the difference between normal instance and Now platform?
We would like to gather some information about the use of Now platform, also to perform hands on?

The NOW platform is not a separate product, it's the architecture over which the various Service Now products are provided.

Have a read through the release notes for the NOW platform product on Jakarta, these are functions that an implicit part of Service Now, not something you implement separately.
