Disable impersonation propert

To avoid the misuse of impersonate user option from banner. We need to hide that option.

The impersonation capability can be enabled/disabled with the glide.ui.impersonate_button.enable UI Property, "Enable impersonation button in banner line".

But i dont see any logic of doing this as in if the admin has to abuse he has lots of ways

Go to system properties -> UI Properties  -> Enable impersonation button in banner line
