Disable "read only" OOTB Virtual Agent Topics - 'Provide Feedback'

I want to disable the out of the box topic called Provide Feedback, but it is read only.
It is not used in our Default chat experience, but somehow still appears in our Virtual Agent topic list on the Service Portal.
I have tried following this KB but with no change/success. It appeared after one of the Washington patches, and we're now on Yokohama. All signed-in users can see it.

It's a shame but true that we cannot disable, it's restricted unfortunately.
