Display Name on Journal comments/work notes

To reference users, ServiceNow uses First_Name + Last_ Name, we have many users that their display name (in Outlook, for example) is totally different from their names and user ID. 

So were able to import the Display Name from AD to ServiceNow and transform correctly. Fields like Assigned To, Caller, etc are getting the Display Name correctly.

The question we are facing now is how to force the Journal entries to shown the user's Display Name instead of First_Name + Last_ Name.

Now I have no clue where to make the journals to show, anyone ever tried or know where to start?
