When sending emails from ServiceNow using the ServiceNow SMTP Server there is support for Sender Policy Framework (SPF). But how about DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM)? Is there any DKIM support - or can it be achieved without too much complexity?

As far as I know, ServiceNow's SMTP servers do not use DKIM. I don't know what the ramifications are of putting the header info in there. The thread I linked, if not mistaken, was attempting to use a third party (Google) SMTP server. If you wish to change the SMTP server configuration, I strongly recommend working with customer support.

Thank you, Chuck!
I interpret the final solution in that thread to use a SMTP Relay other than ServiceNow's.
It seems the ServiceNow SMTP Relay do not sign outbound emails with DKIM - I just wanted to be certain of that, or to know if there exist a simple solution (current or in the near future) that I do not know about.
