Do you create release notes for your ServiceNow changes?

Good morning!  Do any of you create/publish release notes for the changes you make in the system?  If so is there a template you use?  Did you set them up in the Knowledge base?  I'd love to see/hear how you handle this.

Hello Linda,

When you say release notes, Does it mean the technical design document that includes all configuration/customization information that we do during implementation?

If your answer is Yes, then yes we do create technical design document that includes all this information, However we do not capture as KB and use a template to record this information.
