Does Jira integration required Integration Hub Subscription ?

Can we integrate ServiceNow to Jir Bi-Directional with-out IntegrationHub Subscription. If yes, how should I proceed.

Hi @B Ashok,

While you can set up the bi-directional connection, the integration spoke makes configuration much easier, especially if you don't have API / connection building experience.

We have a connection with Jira cloud to:

• Create Jira Story (which writes the Jira Story number back to the originating record)
• Write comments from ServiceNow to Jira (via flow)
• Write comments from Jira to ServiceNow (via webhook and flow)

A couple of items to note:

• When building your bi-directional comment flows, write a prefix (IE: Comment from Jira / Comment from ServiceNow) before passing the comment from one location to  the other. 
• Then, you can add If flow conditions to check for this prefix and ensure a non-looping Flow from one to the other.
