Hi,
I had a question regarding to ServiceNow's notify plugin. We have a requirement from our customer that need support call notification from ServiceNow in case an incident is triggered. I knew that Now platform provided notify plugin and it's able to implement this function integarted with Twilio's service.
But due to some business reasons. I am looking for the solution without Twilio, is it possible to let servicenow support call notification without Twilio? (I tought that notify plugin provide the API but it need some external vendor provide the commuication service. )
It will be appricated if any recommendation!
BRs,
Rich

Twilio is OOB and just need configuration. If you want call functionality apart from twilio , you need to get in touch with some other vendor like Twilio and set up the integration b/w servicenow and vendor interface. Cost will be applied as per the vendor charges.

You can integrate Notify with Twilio, Zoom, just SMS if you want. Soon, MS Teams will be added to this. But if you just want to send notifications based on some data change, you can do that with Flow Designer and or just regular Notifications.
