Hello,
If I select SLA timezone as CET and I opened a INC in between March - October then SLAs start measuring time according to CEST timezone or not?
If not then how can i add timezone as CEST?

Hi Nayan,
CET and CEST will have a difference of 1 hour. There is no direct option available for CEST but time zones like Europe/Rome and the others that starts with Europe/ follows it.
Here are the countries that follow it: CEST — Central European Summer Time (Time Zone Abbreviation)
Thanks

If you're using the SLA timezone, the timezone of the person won't matter.
As Alikutty mentioned, "timezones" in the platform are a mixture of timezones (like CEST) and locales (like Europe/Rome).
Picking a timezone (like CET) will fix it to that zone; picking a locale that observes daylight savings may be the better option.

That means If I choose Europe/Luxembourg (it follows both) then time capture according to daylight savings.

CET will give you a fixed time zone and the location specific ones help you in calculating the day light savings as well.
Thanks
