This may be a quick discussion. Is there a way to edit the filter within an existing favorite?
I have users that are adjusting favorites on a regular basis as they become more comfortable and the current training is to adjust the filter to your new needs and create a new favorite, then delete the old one if it is no longer needed.
Are there any other options? The Saved Filters has been demonstrated but is not a preferred option.

Thank you for the comment.
We demonstrated this to the users. They are leveraging the Favorites list more then Personal Filters and are interested in how to edit these conditions.
Again, thank you very much for the response.

Hi Kevin,
There is no way for end users to edit the filter (i.e. target URL) in their bookmarks that appear as Favourites in the Filter Navigator bar on the left of the backend UI.
Admins can do this by manually editing the URL of records in the sys_ui_bookmark table (System Definition > Bookmarks), matching on the user field, but you should do so with care so as not to break users' favourites.
