Hi there,
We recently upgraded our ServiceNow from Fuji to Helsinki, and have lost the ability to edit a metadata field of multiple knowledge records from the List view of a knowledge base. eg., change the "Author" of several knowledge records at once by CTRL clicking multiple entries (see screenshot example)
Our ITSM team believe it was turned off in knowledge from Geneva on. Can anyone else shed light on this, or new methods to edit fields of multiple records in bulk?
Solved! Go to Solution.

You can edit List Control:
Then change List edit type from Disabled to Save immediately

I would test it out before fully committing to it. It's locked for a reason, but not really sure why.

Good point, Michael.
Tested it in my SNow provided instance before passing onto our tools implementation team.
