Hello!
A few days ago we encountered a weird error in our dev-instance where the HR Task states suddenly changed almost completely.
From:
To this:
This creates problems in a few flows for example. After doing some digging I found that the "State"-elements we used to have were inactive, and the new "Assigned" and "Closed" were activated with "Work in Progress". However, when I open the relevant elements in the correct application "Global" the table dropdown list is emptied and I cannot find nor access the correct table.
When I enter from the application the table sn_hr_core_task is from:
And when I change the application:
Does anyone have any tips as to what causes this behaviour? I cannot even find the table in the "Table"-list when I am in the Global application.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Not from the template. From the HR task form.

Yes. This has happened to me, where the choice list is in Global scope and table in another scope.
From the form, right click on state and then select configure choice and then move states from left to right that you want to activate.

When you say "from the form", do you mean the form where it is being used? Because that is currently a HR template where the "State" is a drop down menu and I cannot right click it. If I try this in the Choice List itself I only get the top three alternatives, not the bottom two.

Thank you, I found a sample task referencing the correct table. However, after editing the list and trying to save I got the following error:
